Over 6 or 7 years ago, when Almased was still new and not so known to the world, I tried the product and lost 50 lbs. The reason why this product is better then others is because the natural ingredients it contains, although they now added sugar which isn't to the natural standards of my losing the weight at the time. I've kept off the weight, but the reason why it works is because of the taste, the easy, non messy way of mixing it, and how if fills me up. I give it only 4 stars because their price hasn't gone down. I think its rather dumb on their part to not knock down a couple of dollars, considering their competition on the market. It discourages me into purchasing it and instead trying others.
