So far, this product is wonderful. I've only been taking it for about a week now but I've noticed a dramatic change in appetite. The day I started taking them, I wasn't as hungry as usual and didn't even have cravings. Normally I have the desire to eat everything I can, but lately, I don't even care for food. I eat a small meal in the middle of the day and maybe a snack or two later on, but that's it. I feel great. There's no adverse side affects to this. I'm not jittery or energetic and I don't feel light headed at all. You can tell that this is a natural pill because it actually makes you feel better!
