Update: After 6 weeks of using the product, all of the side effects that I've mentioned below are gone. I'm assuming my body is used to the product now. I have never, ever taken any dieting pills, energy pills or any other kind of supplements for that matter, which is probably why I was so sensitive when first taking these. I started at 177 pounds before taking this product and I'm now at 168 pounds. I do work out a lot(and I mean A LOT), cardio and weight exercises. With my muscles getting bigger and stronger AND I still lost about 10 pounds within 6 weeks, I'd say the product definitely helped. My body fat was at 19% and just last night it's now at 13%. I don't really feel the boost in energy or anything when taking these pills anymore. However, I still feel the appetite suppressant working. I have not checked my blood pressure or anything else so I cannot comment on that.
I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 150 pounds, so I still have 18 more pounds to lose. Realistically, I do not expect this product to help me lose 18 more pounds. It seems impossible to depend on just 1 product to help me lose a total of 27 pounds. I don't even know if it's possible for me to hit my target weight. I'm already at 13% body fat...it seems like there is no way to drop another 18 pounds with just 13% body fat left. If anything, I'd have to sacrifice muscle mass as well, which is not what I want to do.

Over 6 or 7 years ago, when Almased was still new and not so known to the world, I tried the product and lost 50 lbs. The reason why this product is better then others is because the natural ingredients it contains, although they now added sugar which isn't to the natural standards of my losing the weight at the time. I've kept off the weight, but the reason why it works is because of the taste, the easy, non messy way of mixing it, and how if fills me up. I give it only 4 stars because their price hasn't gone down. I think its rather dumb on their part to not knock down a couple of dollars, considering their competition on the market. It discourages me into purchasing it and instead trying others.
