I compared/shopped around alot before I decided on the Body By Vi Shakes. I decided to go with the Shape Kit (for my own individual needs) and I found that Amazon was selling this product for $20 cheaper than the manufacturer!

I like it, It's helped me lose 16 lbs. and it's easy. I drink 2 shakes a day, have 2 snacks, and 1 meal. It taste good too.
